Eligible for Refund/Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Invalid Credentials: The account login credentials provided do not work.
- Account Already Sold: The account was already sold to another user.
- Incorrect Account: You received a different account than what was described.
- Account Suspended Before Delivery: The account was already suspended or banned before you received access.
- Missing Features: The account does not match the description (e.g., follower count, verification status).

NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Account Suspended After Access: The account was working but got suspended/banned after you logged in (buyer responsibility).
- Changed Credentials: You changed the password or account details and then lost access.
- Violation of Platform ToS: You violated the social media platform's terms of service, causing the account to be banned.
- Buyer's Remorse: You simply changed your mind after receiving valid account credentials.
- Delayed Claim: You waited more than 6 hours after purchase to report an issue.
- Improper Usage: You used the account in a way that led to restrictions (e.g., spam, automation tools, VPN issues).
- Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by third-party services, tools, or user error.
2. Replacement Policy
In most eligible cases, we offer account replacement rather than a refund:
- If an account does not work, we will provide a replacement account of equal or greater value.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement:
- Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 6 hours of purchase.
- Provide your Order Number and detailed description of the issue.
- Include evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.) if applicable.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds processed within 1-3 business days.
- Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).
Note: Refund times may vary based on your payment provider's processing schedule.
5. Service Products (Manual Fulfillment)
For service-based products (accounts delivered manually):
- Refunds are available if we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe.
- Once delivery begins, refunds are not available unless the product is defective.
- Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete or substandard service.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
